Cornerstones have successfully supported Young People with complex needs from across the Country since 2000, always surpassing the expectations of Placing Authorities and Commissioning Services, without exception. We do this by carefully matching young people to the settings and ensuring that they have access to the services they require to stay safe, healthy, happy and socially included within the community.
