Cornerstones will provide your young person with a safe environment where their health, social care and educational needs can be met in full. They will not be exposed to anti- social behaviour or abuse from others and they will receive the opportunity to achieve their developmental potential.

We provide a protective framework for young people which ensure that parents & placing authorities have peace of mind when commissioning placements regardless of the young persons vulnerabilities or presenting behaviours.

Cornerstones provide assessment services at its 'Crosslands' site, which is situated in the picturesque village of Appleton Thorn, Cheshire.  Assessment can identify future need inclusive of healthcare, social care and educational provision. Using evidence based practice and accessing regional and national resources Cornerstones is able to provide coordinated & integrated multi agency assessments that maximise the young person's ability to reach their full potential and to promote social inclusion.

Following assessment, Cornerstones can also provide longer-term placements at either the 'Victoria Road' establishment or 'The Grange'. Both homes provide for young people who are assessed by us and the placing agencies as requiring permanency within our organisation.
